Running a game

You run a game from the Stream Bounty Quick Action in your Stream Manager. Your superusers can run one from the extension itself; see Who can run your games.

  1. Open the Stream Bounty Quick Action. Add it to your Stream Manager if it isn’t there.
  2. Choose the game mode and its options.
  3. Choose the events to play with from your event sets, if the mode uses them.
  4. Create the game.

The game starts at once, and viewers can join from the extension.

When something on a card happens on stream:

  1. Open the Active Game tab.
  2. Find the event. The search box helps in a long list, and you can show only called events, only uncalled ones, or all of them.
  3. Press the event and confirm.

Everyone is told the event has been called. Players who have it on their card then mark it themselves; it isn’t marked for them.

In the numbers modes you call numbers the same way, or press the button that calls a random one.

Two shortcuts sit at the top of the list:

  • Call a random event, for when you want to keep things moving.
  • Call all uncalled events, which finishes the game off. Handy for handing out some wins at the end of a stream.

If you call something by mistake, you can uncall it:

  1. In the Active Game tab, press the event or number you called. Called ones are highlighted.
  2. Check the name and the time it was called, and confirm.

Things to know:

  • It comes off the called list and can be called again.
  • Players who had already marked it keep their mark.
  • If the event had an automation, its counter goes back to zero.
  • Only you and your superusers can uncall.

If nothing has been called for a while, start a voting round and let the players pick an event to call.

A player wins by marking one of the game’s bingo patterns and pressing Bingo!. More than one player can win, and you see them in the order they claimed.

End the game whenever you like. Since players can keep winning until you do, ending it is how you decide the number of winners. You can also have games end by themselves after your stream.
