Voting rounds

A voting round lets the players choose an event to call, even though it hasn’t happened. It is a good way to get a quiet game moving again.

  1. You, or one of your superusers, start a voting round during a game.
  2. Players have two minutes to vote for an event that hasn’t been called yet. They vote by pressing it on their card.
  3. When the time is up, the event with the most votes is called. If there is a tie, one of the tied events is picked at random.

Everyone gets one free vote per round, and voting earns leaderboard points.

If bits are available on your channel, players can cast more votes in a round by spending bits. You set the price; see Bits and channel points.

  • Channel points. Turn on the reward in Channel Rewards and viewers can start a round themselves. See Bits and channel points.
  • Your bot. A bot can start a round with a web request. See Bots.
